About the Founder

Tom Stypulkoski

 

Tom's background spans 30+ years in the Total Rewards arena with over 20 years in leadership roles across multiple industries, with the majority of that time in Fortune 100 companies such as TRW, Best Foods International, Automatic Data Processing, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Sovereign Bank and Saint-Gobain Corporation.

 

His breath of program development and implementation includes base and incentive compensation, performance management and career development, and employee recognition and benefits programs. The driver behind his success has been the effective assessment of workforce requirements and existing capabilities, and subsequent development of strategic workforce planning to ensuring a strong alignment to an organization's culture, strategy and goals.

Employee engagement is key for every organization to achieve its targeted business goals, and critical to this engagement are well designed employee attraction and retention strategies. As organizations grow, they increase their ability to more robustly staff their functional infrastructure. Tom's mission with ICONIC Rewards is to give back to the small business community by assisting companies to bridge this skill gap by working with a designated person or team identified to be the recipient of necessary skills development through robust mentoring, and accomplish this at minimal expense to his clients.

Each of us can unintentionally get wrapped up in both career and financial wealth, especially as success breeds more success.” states the Founder, Tom Stypulkoski. “Many of us can also be quickly devastated as unexpected health events or illnesses disrupt our lives and the lives of family members. This is especially true when it involves children.”

 

Being an impactful corporate citizen is also important to ICONIC Rewards. Our pledge is to donate 10% of revenue generated by the company each year to a nonprofit organization focused on children's health and welfare.

Iconic Rewards will also invite its clients to partner in its social responsibility mission. In the first quarter of each year, ICONIC will reach out to it's prior year clients and present up to three children's charities.

 

"Our clients' input will play a major role in identifying which organization will be the benefactor of our charitable contribution."
